Accounts Receivable Assistant/Finance Graduate/ Thurmaston / Permanent Full Time / £19,000 - £24,000
Macildowie are pleased to be working on behalf of a leading brand based in North Leicester to recruit for their Accounts Receivable team on a permanent full-time basis.
Your role will include:
- Updating the cash book receipts daily and posting
- Accurate receipt allocations
- Building relationships and communicating effectively with customers
- Point of contact for customer related queries
- Setting up and amending customer accounts where required
- Chasing outstanding debts and keeping on top of any queries
- Ad hoc duties as required
Your Experience/Skill Set will include:
- Previous experience working within a Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable Functions
- Previous Aged Debt Reporting
- MS Excel to V-Look Up and Pivots Table
- Self-Motivated and charismatic personality
