MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_
- Summarize the main purpose of the role._
Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_
Load materials into production machines.
Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization’s waste removal and recycling policies.
Clean production equipment and work areas.
- QUALIFICATIONS_
- Must have high school degree. Supervision, Engineering or similar career.
- Experience/Background Experience Experience Details 3-5 years’ experience as team member/trainer, technician or similar position in a complex manufacturing environment. (Medical Industry preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems, production metrics, and inventory control methods.
- Demonstrated computer skills and basic MS Office knowledge.
- Demonstrate proficiency in technical aspects of the position to achieve a high level of performance. For example proficiency controlling production indicators, SAP, Windchill, or other systems utilized on the manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead/manage people.
