Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define project plan, resource plan, budget, milestones, and deliverables in accordance with contractual obligations and Emerson project management methodology and leading practices Review and Acknowledge Project Sales Handover documentation.
  • Plan and monitor projects to meet deadlines, quality, and budget requirements and customer expectations.
  • Project maintenance (monitoring hours, project financials, completion of tasks).
  • Manage communications with the customers, team members and other stakeholders; schedule meetings and provide updates to keep track of progress.
  • Provide the required inputs and guidance to the Project Controllers to set up new projects in Oracle and Clarity, generate invoices, create reports, update funding and close projects.
  • Manage Project change control (additions to the scope, changes in the scope).
  • Generate project related documentation (checklists, schedules, minutes of meetings, presentations, reports, etc.).
  • Review quality of deliverables.
  • Complete the Financial POR (Presidents Operating Report ).
  • Manage project issues, risks, and defect tracking.
  • Build the future of Emerson by sharing experience and expertise with new team members through both formal and informal channels.
  • Provide support from the Project Management perspective to Proposals.

Minimum **Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field (e.g. Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related).
  • 10 years' of related work experience
  • Experience with life science, oil and gas, food and beverage and chemical industries are a plus.
  • Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision and be able to provide management oversight.
  • Supervision and coordination of engineers, designers, technicians, and 3rd party suppliers and contractors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel to client locations and depend on the ESC’s middle/long term international assignments.
  • Advance English level

Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master certification desired.
