Site survey and daily routine inspection to record site progress, quality and safety issues that might occur during construction stage up to handing over period.
Responsible for witnessing, inspection and approval of Mechanical installation & materials offered by MEP contractor as per planned daily inspection schedule.
Reviewing drawing submittals such as Issued For Construction and Shop drawings.
Preparing Inspection monitoring report, Project Quality and safety reports.
Responsible for the issuance of Site Observation Reports and Non-Conformances Report for contractor necessary action and compliance.
Responsible for the review of Method Statement submittals for Both Installation and Testing and Commissioning Procedures for Electrical Package.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in major infrastructure & buildings projects ideally within UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Diploma Qualified in Mechanical Engineering
Strong Communications skills
