• Site survey and daily routine inspection to record site progress, quality and safety issues that might occur during construction stage up to handing over period.

  • Responsible for witnessing, inspection and approval of Mechanical installation & materials offered by MEP contractor as per planned daily inspection schedule.

  • Reviewing drawing submittals such as Issued For Construction and Shop drawings.

  • Preparing Inspection monitoring report, Project Quality and safety reports.

  • Responsible for the issuance of Site Observation Reports and Non-Conformances Report for contractor necessary action and compliance.

  • Responsible for the review of Method Statement submittals for Both Installation and Testing and Commissioning Procedures for Electrical Package.


Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in major infrastructure & buildings projects ideally within UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma Qualified in Mechanical Engineering

  • Strong Communications skills
