Description:
- Picking and packing orders
- Off-loading containers
- Loading of trucks
- Incoming stock: assist checking of stock; pack incoming stock in proper locations.
- Ensure tidiness of warehouse (Proper housekeeping)
- Assist with writing waybills when needed
- Assist with cycle counts and stock take
- Assist customers with collections
- Parcel after hour collection - security
- HSE, Pro-Active reporting & LEAN awareness
- Assist with assembly of valves & Filter banks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12
- Neat and clear writing
- Excellent communication skills: Afrikaans and English (written and verbal) Good numeracy skills
- Good computer literacy - good with admin
- Prepare to do labour intensive work
- 3+ years Receiving and dispatching/warehouse experience
- Driver’s licence
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Forklift licence
- 3+ years Digital picking/ experience with bin locations
- Tertiary qualification an advantage
- Own reliable transport
