• Restaurant Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team
• Excellent customer service skills also monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
• Create a comprehensive business plan for the restaurant that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses.
• Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with account manager; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analyzing variances; taking corrective actions.
• Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
• Cost Accounting, Developing Budgets, Financial Planning and Strategy, Decision Making, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Verbal Communication, Customer Focus, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Quality Focus.
• Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financing and establishing banking relationships; preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets.
• Analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls; developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks.

Education:

• Must have 8+ years’ experience and at least for 5+in the same position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management
• Must have strong profit and loss operations knowledge
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
