Descrição
Organizes and maintains electronic and hard copy files of the Department data and information.
- Provides personal and administrative support to the director and the department.
- Receives, opens, screens and routes daily mail including responding inquiries
- Operates office equipment such as photocopier and fax machines.
- Ensure proper data entry to any computerized system.
Perform all other duties as assigned
