Job Context:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing or related discipline
  • Advantageous: Bachelor’s /IMM graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and writing skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning, managing, implementing, and measuring marketing projects that arise.
  • Participate in the development & implementation of go to market plans.
  • Manage, plan and implement marketing support projects: IMS, HR, Code of Conduct, Sales etc.
  • Assist with researching and collecting information, as well as providing relevant insight reports for the various areas of the business.
  • Conduct post implementation reviews (PIR) of each campaign to assess ROI. This includes consolidated and comprehensive monthly reporting on all Marketing and Comms activities.
  • As per allocation. Plan manage and implement events (internal and external).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with peers, management, agencies and key stakeholders within the business.
