Job Context:
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing or related discipline
- Advantageous: Bachelor’s /IMM graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Exceptional analytical, communication and writing skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, managing, implementing, and measuring marketing projects that arise.
- Participate in the development & implementation of go to market plans.
- Manage, plan and implement marketing support projects: IMS, HR, Code of Conduct, Sales etc.
- Assist with researching and collecting information, as well as providing relevant insight reports for the various areas of the business.
- Conduct post implementation reviews (PIR) of each campaign to assess ROI. This includes consolidated and comprehensive monthly reporting on all Marketing and Comms activities.
- As per allocation. Plan manage and implement events (internal and external).
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers, management, agencies and key stakeholders within the business.
