Solar Electrician (Johannesburg)

Your key responsibilities:
They will need you to be responsible for the maintenance of existing solar systems, to help them catch up with the backlog that they have. There is so much to do! You will need to do on-site troubleshooting, fixing problems to keep their clients happy and coming back for more. Once this is all back on track, thanks to you, there are more installations to do, and they’d appreciate experience that involves both AC and DC. Needless to say, there will be on-going maintenance until the ‘rent to own’ systems have reached their end. You know this already because it’s the nature of the job but travelling will be required within South Africa and possibly, if you have a passport, to other African countries too.
Experience and Qualification:
- Red Seal Electrician
- Solar experience is non-negotiable, they need someone to hit the ground running
- Professional proficiency in English, ability to speak another language would be an advantage
- Experience with both AC & DC
- BONUS **- Certified to sign off 3 phase CoC’s
