Job description:
WKC's Marketing Team is in need of a Junior Assistant to support with tasks related to online sales. Duties will include:
- Operating the Live Chat System on our website
- Tracking and distributing incoming enquiries
- Supporting the Content Marketing Specialist with day-to-day tasks
- Supporting the Multimedia Specialist with day-to-day tasks
- Supporting the Technical Team in preparation of bids
- Well spoken, English first language
- Confident - and willing to interact with prospective clients
- Have some background in website development and/or digital marketing
- Computer Literate - Intermediate/Advanced level
Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to successfully multi-task is essential.
