Summary
We need a talented computer science student to help us re-shape the PM SharePoint website that represents the team to the entire organization and supports the 50+ team members in their projects, using Agile methodology You will be working with the Program Management team, a multidisciplinary team with members all over the world.Skills to develop
- Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Power Automate development
- Understand how to gather business requirements and prepare documentation
- Learn how to define, execute, and support testing (unit, functional, and acceptance)
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills, Task prioritization
- Build and maintain effective relationships with remote stakeholders across a global organization
Goals
- By the end of the internship, you should be proud to present a new version of the current PMO SharePoint website with automated processes that will help to streamline tasks and improve performance of the team in their projects.
Tasks/Plan
- Introduction to Synopsys and SG
- Understand the challenge and meet the team
- Review existing SharePoint site
- Using Agile Methodology to be define:
- Meet with team to gather requirements and use cases
- Prepare document with requirements, technical changes to be implemented, tests to be executed
- Obtain document approval
- Implement changes
- Execute and support testing
- Communicate new site to PMO team
