Job Description and Requirements

  • As an IT Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting global PC lifecycle. In this role, the Admin is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and recovering end user’s PC.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to end-user requests in the IT Logistics support queues
  • Maintain PC inventories
  • Analyze usage and spend trends for optimization
  • Work with global IT team on technology refreshes, new hires, and terminations
  • Manage HW recovery processes
  • Identify, analyze, and report on key computer system metrics
  • Develop documentation for user and administration tasks and configurations
  • Track hardware assets
  • Research, propose, and implement system improvements and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post Graduation with B.A. or B.S. in Business or Logistics desired with 1 - 2 years of experience in similar job function and responsibilities is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in ticketing system, such as BMC Remedy, Zendesk, etc
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows, iOS and Android OS
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Office 365
  • Experience providing support to users who work from remote locations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SAP asset management tools is preferred
