Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the timeline of assets and promotions for the entire partner marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of plans across all partner pillars
  • Manage the execution of partner webinar programs across all partner pillars, including back-end creation and facilitation and front-end promotion
  • Work with the Partner Marketing team to create "campaigns in a box" to enable partners to leverage global campaigns and materials
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (i.e. product marketing, corporate communications, field marketing, social, digital, and customer marketing) to gather necessary campaign related assets
  • Ensure cross functional teams are aligned to campaign milestones through internal project management tools like Asana and Jira

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of marketing program management or project management experience
  • Superior project timeline development and management skills
  • Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Familiar with marketing automation, CRM, attribution and site optimization tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent, resourceful problem solver
  • Able to maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all parties
  • High energy and go getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously
  • Proficient in Google docs, slides, sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and dealing with ambiguity
