Purpose:
To lead, direct, and manage the HR and General Admin activities of the organization. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Partner with other HR team members to handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement, among many other tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Admin:
- Manage up-to-date maintenance of physical and digital personnel records (201 files) and update internal databases such as HRIS, etc.
- Lead the coordination and implementation of the new hire onboarding process and the employee exit process.
- Manage the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews and new hires' probationary review and regularization process.
- Lead and manage company events and functions such as company outings, anniversaries, year-end parties, etc.
General Admin:
- Support operations by planning, organizing, and implementing the administrative system and processes.
- Manage the coordination of all travel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
- Partner with IT in procuring, issuing, monitoring, and securing accountability for employee IT tools as well as other fixed assets inventory.
Employee Engagement:
- Partner with OD to develop and implement employee programs designed to build an awesome culture, optimize organizational effectiveness, promote employee communications, and increase employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
- Work with OD to design, deploy, and evaluate effective and efficient engagement surveys and conduct employee focus groups to complement engagement surveys.
- Lead and/or support the development and delivery of internal communication strategy, plans, and materials, calendar of activity, supporting the company to increase levels of employee engagement.
- Work with cross-functional team to support community relations strategy for all locations (CSR).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or combination equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of Human Resource experience with increasing responsibility across multiple functions and locations.
- 5+ years of HR Leadership experience with responsibility for direct reports in multiple HR functions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions.
- Strong experience working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results.
- Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.
- Experience with event management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with leadership skills.
