Ability to do bilingual translation (English - Bahasa Malaysia ) Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services Proofread and edit all marketing material before publication Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic Write, review, edit and update content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials and similar platforms Promote content on social media Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) Create Product or training slide with content, product FAQ and sales FAQ and operation guideline. Conduct interviews for testimonial and webinars. Produce simple and create content for product marketing video. Work with campaign team to ensure that the finished video or documentation meets the customer requirements. Job Requirements: Malaysian citizen Diploma Marketing, English, Journalism or related field Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter or similar role Portfolio of published articles Experience doing research using multiple sources Familiarity with web publications Excellent writing and editing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia Ability to meet deadlines
