Recruitment Consultant

Sigma Recruitment is looking for a recruitment consultant based in South Africa (fully remote/home-based) to service technical and engineering jobs mainly for the UK market but also to work globally as required.

About the position

You will work closely with our managing director and senior consultant for the South African business. You will help us leverage our internal market-leading database and website to deliver a truly consultative service to our portfolio of prestigious clients. Critical aspects of the position will include:

• Leading the talent attraction and filtering process for recruitment projects on behalf of new and established clients.
• Working with manufacturing/technology clients to understand their people challenges and offering creative solutions.
• Helping us attract new clients through the marketing of our consultative approach and bespoke recruitment services.

What you will need

• Drive, high energy levels, a strong work ethic and a dynamic personality.
• Self-motivation and discipline.
• A reasonable level of IT skills.
• Ideally, some experience in engineering, manufacturing, or IT recruitment; however, this is not essential.

The package

In time we would expect the recruitment consultant to earn a total remuneration of between R700,000 - R1,500,000 per annum (more is certainly possible, earnings are uncapped).
