Overview:
Effective crowd management by staying alert to the build up of lines and traffic flow in and around assigned facility while providing exceptional guest service. Facility assignments may include outdoor performance areas, theatres and public washrooms.
This position pays minimum wage.
How You'll Make A Difference:
- Provide effective crowd management by staying alert to the build up of lines and traffic flow in and around assigned facility
- Maintain smooth operation of the facility, accurate show attendance counts and positive rapport with guests and employees
- Perform specific duties as assigned for the cleaning of the facility
- Ensure all safety standards and practices are met
- Assist with other duties as required
We're Looking For:
- Maintain a high level of performance to ensure a positive guest experience
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Dependable and enjoy working in a guest oriented and team-based environment
- Available to work flexible shifts
- Abide by Canada’s Wonderland policies and procedures as set out by the park and the Entertainment Department
- Able to wear personal protective equipment deemed necessary to perform this job safely (may include; gloves, mask and/or face shield, non-slip shoes etc)
