A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience as IT Head or similar role
- Excellent knowledge about various aspects of IT
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Excellent management and observation skill
- Strong presence of mind and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to motivate and generate high quality results from the IT team
- For Senior Manager/Director level
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, 4years of which should be in managerial capacity
- Stakeholder and people management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven project management skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Technical background (Java or OS background like windows, Linux, etc.) is desired.
