Central Cucina Brasserie located within Club Central Hurstville is a modern dining outlet that offers fresh new food like some of the favourites as well as some more exclusive offerings. Our own in house pastry chefs make delicious desserts and the menu changes seasonally to surprise and delight our customers.
Central Cucina Opening Hours
Sunday-Thursday & Public Holidays: Lunch 11.30am to 3pm | Dinner 5pm to 9pm
Friday & Saturday: Lunch 11.30am to 3pm | Dinner 5pm to 10pm
It is a minimum expectation to be available at least 30mins before and after operating hours as above.
About the role
This position is an integral member of the Front of House team. The primary focus is to deliver a seamless, enjoyable and memorable dining experience to our diners.
Duties
- Deliver and serve drinks
- Greet, seat and welcome customers
- Use suggestive selling techniques
- Educates and informs customers of basic food and wine pairing
- Amazing customer service with a smile!
Skills & Experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
- Customer service in the hospitality industry - cafe, restaurants, etc.
