The HR Manager is a professional with good interpersonal expertise, who easily connects with people and thrives in a team environment. The HR manager has the knack for recruiting the right talents, is experienced in employee engagement, strategic in retention strategies, is adept at identifying problems and finding solutions.
The HR manager will lead a team promoting corporate values, to stimulate and sustain a positive culture, create a workplace that feels safe, motivated and happy while controlling recruitment, engagement and adherence processes and policies.
Graduate of HR Management with a good academic record.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager in a BPO or Call center
Flexible with time and willing on occasion, to meet with night shifts.
Excellent track record in recruitment
Personable and can easily connect and blend with department heads
Should have an experience in lower level HR roles such as HR assistant, HR Specialist and/or HR Generalist.
Updated on HR/Labor Laws
Basic computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft tools.
Must have knowledge and experience in HRIS administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
