DARTS Transit is the paratransit provider for the City of Hamilton. The call centre is open from 5 am - 2 am, 7 days a week. Agents must be available for all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Answer phone calls and schedule trips using our scheduling software
- Must possess an excellent understanding of the geographical layout of the city of Hamilton
- Must have excellent computer knowledge, data entry skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Must have excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a pleasant telephone manner
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: $22.19 per hour
