FINANCE, RESEARCH AND DUE DILIGENCE IN REAL ESTATE
**Role Description
Support the real estate due diligence, research and investment activities of the Company and provide support in real estate deal origination, qualification and closure. In this capacity, you will assist in financial review and modelling, real estate due diligence and feasibility analysis. You are also required to prepare pitch books and reports for relevant stakeholders.
Reports To:PARTNER / INVESTMENT & ASSET MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Specific Primary Functions
- Conduct financial modelling, feasibility analysis and valuation of prospective real estate investment opportunities under tight timelines;
- Prepare pitch books and reports for stakeholders;
- Prepare and critically review investment documentation including investment memorandum, presentations, and due diligence materials;
- Work with legal counsel and other consultants/advisors.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate/Graduate in Real Estate Management or Accounting & Finance;
- Expert in Excel and Office 365;
- Knowledge in real estate and business cash flow modelling and valuation;
- Strong presentation, business writing, and communication skills;
- Fluent in English and a common Asian language preferred.
