Position Overview:
A leading global professional services firm is seeking to employ a results-driven
People Talent Manager with start-up energy, an analytical mindset, and a strong work ethic. One will have the unique opportunity to
design,
* develop* and
give
input into the
Consultant
experience at the firm while working directly with
senior
management across several business areas on
talent
planning,
internal
recruitment
strategies,
employee
relations and
compliance and the overall
360-degree people management function. This position demands a balance of creativity, drive, and interpersonal savvy that will position one to play a key role in advancing a more accessible, diverse, and equitable talent base through the firm’s hiring practices.
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 Years of HR, Talent, and Process Management.:
Talent and People Management experience within the Consulting or Professional Services:
Vast network and knowledge in CA(SA) and related Accounting Industries.
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree, NQF7.
- Experience with people compliance matters and processes - policy management and implementation.
- Experience managing talent experience for higher value services.
- Ability to develop relationships, optimize B2C engagement.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex problems clearly and concisely to different audiences (Managing Partners, HR Leaders, Product Managers, Engineers, Sales).
- Excellent commercial communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Consistent track record of highly professional Client Service in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
