You’re experienced in being the key support role to a large office where you provide telephonic and front-line support.
What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll be responsible for welcoming clients and ensuring the entrance area is kept spotless and well organized.
You will co-ordinate kitchen staff, meeting rooms/bookings, prepare reports and run errands as required.
You will also assist with travel arrangements, making reservations, arranging catering and office supplies.
You will be doing reconciliations that gets given to the finance team. You will also liaise with finance with regards to quotes, invoices etc.
Biometric access control will also be your responsibility.
Under direction, you will be required to develop relationships with service providers, including but not limited to, cleaning, caterers, security, hygiene, pest control, fire servicing, electricians, aircon, plumbers etc
Another part of your role is health and safety management - you will be required to assist with fire drill co-ordination, ensure health and safety checklists are completed, support with building inspections and arrange and minute the health and safety meetings.
What you’ll need
There is a major preference for someone with a driver’s license and own car for this role.
You will have experience in administration, reporting, reconciliations and vendor management.
You will need to be proficient on MS Office and have outstanding customer service skills to deal with high profile clients.
You will also require excellent attention to detail, be able to take your own initiative, be honest and reliable. Someone that is self-motivated is best suited to this role.
