The person will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365; testing & training staff on the functionality of the new system and resolving any issues that arise during and after after "go live".

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To construct requirements document outlining the needs of the business and answering the question as to how the solution will be achieved systemically
  • To ensure the effective resolution of first and second line support calls
  • To provide the organisation with effective information management tools through the implementation of integrated business systems
  • To ensure the effective implementation of all systems development changes
  • To ensure the effective implementation and ongoing effectiveness of Information Systems

Skills and Competencies:

  • D365 Software knowledge and understanding
  • Accounting Principles
  • D365 systems knowledgeE-Procurement and CAFM process knowledge
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodology knowledge
  • SQL database knowledge - Querying and troubleshooting skills
  • Project Management
  • Business Analysis & Business Case development
  • Hardware knowledge and understanding
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Products (Office 365)
  • IT Governance & Compliance

Qualifications:

  • Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
  • Minimun 3 years full function Accounting
  • 5 years experience in MS Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations
  • Minimum 3 Years Systems/Business Analyst Experience
  • Minimum 3 Years relevant IT experience
