Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team.
Discovery Insure Campaign
Your goal will be to assist the organisation to meet its sales targets. As a key member of our dynamic sales leadership team, you will be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your teams by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the proven ability to lead a sales team.
Previous Sales Manager experience is a MUST.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Sales Manager Requirements:
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a sales team with a proven track record of getting maximum results.
Market-Related Salary based on payslips and commissions.
You must have experience in a Sales Call Centre that has managed Campaign Manager’s and Team Leader’s with their agents.
Salary: From R30,000.00 per month
