Job Purpose:
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all Cipla guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers, and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks to support the business effectively.

Accountabilities:
1. Organizational Support
- Answering corporate switchboard
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally
- Ensure messages are taken correctly and conveyed timeously to the relevant people
- Receive visitors in a welcoming manner
- Update and distribute speed dial list timeously

  1. Clerical Support
  2. Assist with arrangements for meetings, booking of boardrooms etc.
  3. Support the business with adhoc administrative related tasks when necessary.
  4. Maintain personal files for employees
  5. Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records

  6. Mailroom

  7. Distributing internal mail and mail received via courier to staff
  8. Collect internal mail and distributing it accordingly whether internally or to other Regions via courier.
  9. Assisting staff with any other queries ie tracking parcels which have been sent via courier,
  10. Placing stationary orders, laminating, binding etc.
  11. Develop and maintain current filling system

Education Qualification:
Grade 12/ Matric/ Equivalent

A certification in office management is advantageous

Relevant Work Experience:
2-3 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
