You'll be responsible for employer contract loading and member implementation using various databases and/or source documents. This is a challenging role with serious impact. It's a fast paced, high volume environment that requires you to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on company policies and guidelines. Your accuracy will be vitally important and monitored carefully to ensure our system is correctly coded and that all plan documents are precise.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client information and plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials to enable new client on-boarding and renewals
  • Implement clients and members to systems specific to plan design
  • Ensure smooth client and member experience by being a Subject Matter Expert and proactively improving implementation processes;
  • Troubleshoot client and member issues, identify root cause and partner with functional leads to implement solutions
  • Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards
  • Partner with Client Servicing team to answer implementation and enrolment enquiries
  • Support operations projects as a Subject Matter Expert to improve operations service and delivery
  • Respond to client & broker queries within agreed SLA

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in on-boarding new corporate clients and members
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, edit/create spreadsheet)
  • Collaboration skills in a matrixed environment
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Continuous process improvement skillset and mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with within Domestic or International Health Insurance
  • An undergraduate degree or higher
  • 2nd European language an advantage
