IT Technicians are responsible for repairing laptop computers for individuals and organizations. In order to provide excellent customer service, these experts complete duties such as asking customers about computer problems, diagnosing technical issues, making repairs, cleaning computer components, running tests, and ensuring optimal operation levels.
Duties:
- Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Tear down and replace system parts.
- Repair notebooks and computer server parts.
- Resolve technical issues and make documentation.
- Diagnose computer’ issues by using different types of test equipment and tools.
- Disassemble and reassemble computer units as per work instructions.
- Complete paperwork precisely and on time.
- Install computer hardware and software.
Minimal Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years' work experience as a IT Technician / Computer technician
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Dedication and commitment to problem resolution
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift system
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
