We are looking for a Business Transformation Analyst who is equal parts business strategy, operational improvement, and analytics. Reporting to the Business Transformation Director, you will partner with functional leads to continually up-level the way we operate, measure and analyze our performance and act on those insights.

You:
Your Day to Day:

  • Have end to end ownership of cross-functional internal consulting projects from strategy to execution, including analytics and results presentation.
  • Partner with business leaders and their teams across the company, such as Finance, Marketing, Legal, People and Sales, to improve, scale and drive efficiency across the business.
  • Support the change management of cross-functional process improvements.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team on strategic planning.

You Have & You Know-how:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, continuous improvement or equivalent experience.
  • Great at creating and analyzing business information, designing and describing processes, creating dashboards, tracking key business metrics and translating results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
  • Strong and proven project management skills, process analysis and modeling skills (knowledge of BPMN standards is a plus).
  • Experience in presenting structured recommendations to senior executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech SaaS company is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (i.e. Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
