Preferably Registered Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Electronics Engineer preferably with Ten (10) years related experience in technical functions.
- Knowledgeable in lease agreements, budget analysis and preparation of management reports.
- Responsible in preparation of Annual Operating Budget and necessary CAPEX.
- Establish good rapport with tenants and give immediate feedback on their complaints, inquiries and other concerns.
- Ensure the proper management, maintenance, cleanliness and security of the property through the careful selection of the service contractor.
- Conduct monthly inspections and implement effective preventive maintenance program to make sure that all equipment are reliable.
- Ensure that property value is enhanced & customer requirements are met through proper management of the building.
- Implement policies that will impact on safety and security to customers.
- Willing to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
