Responsibilities:
- Attend and deliver to hotel guest's requests
- Attend to all guest requests within the stipulated time and standard of the hotel
- Ensure proper recording of daily guest loan items list & runner job list
- Assist all assigned duties in Housekeeping
- And any adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts
