LiveActive Sport Medicine is looking to find an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join it's growing team. We are a multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic with two locations and we are looking to find a medical receptionist to join our team.
We are looking for an individual that has experience working in a medical office and a good understanding and use of technology is required.
Position is available immediately and training will be provided.
Core Functions:
- Booking appointments
- Taking payment for services
- Billing insurance companies
- Managing communication in and out of the clinic (faxes, phone calls, etc...)
- Managing medical documents within the clinic
- Coordinating care with outside referral network
- Organizing Team Events
Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
