Rolling Hills Golf Club is Hiring!
Your outgoing and service-minded personality will be a big reason for your success as an on-course server. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people and have the ability to work efficiently outdoors. Your responsibilities include maintaining all cart supplies and being available on the course to serve Members and guests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Operation of beverage cart on golf course, serving guests and members to the standards set by Management.
- Stocking of food and beverage on beverage cart and in the Halfway Hut.
- Handle cash and charges for product sold to guests.
- Provide resolution to any member or guest issues/complaints, as required.
- Responsible for personal shift accounting procedures.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum of 1 year customer service/guest contact experience preferrred
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- A self-starter and team player
- Previous food & beverage experience is a definite asset
- Basic golf etiquette knowledge a definite asset
- Smart Serve certification required
- Valid drivers license required
- Able to work in high demand situations
- Able to work a variety of shifts throughout the fall, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
