Part time (Weekends only : 8 PM to 8 AM or 8 AM to 8 PM (EST - East Coast)
- Has own PC / Laptop, headset and internet (Work from home)
- Has conducive work place
- At least reached College level
- At least 3 years of international BPO experience
- Handled either Customer service campaigns / Sales / Technical support
- With work from home background, a plus
- Very good to excellent English communication skills
- Very good comprehension skills
- Able to multi-task and keen to details
- Works well under pressure
- Can work with mínimal supervision
- Results driven and goal achiever
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Can start ASAP
