We are looking for a Membership Sales Specialist to join our company. In this role, you will lead sales within a specific territory to increase our memberships. You will be responsible for contacting potential members, assessing their needs and proposing solutions. You should have experience in sales and creating professional presentations. We want you to have strong communication skills in order to convince clients of the benefits of becoming members. A positive attitude and passion for working with people is essential for a successful career as a sales representative. The goal is to expand membership by increasing the number of member organizations and the number of members per organization by implementing sales strategies for organizations with similar interests.

Responsibilities:

• Explain program benefits and the compensation calculation to prospective members.
• Interview and sell membership, organizing everyday living services and activity plans.
• Help new members get acquainted with all aspects of the club (facility, staff, programs etc.).
• Gather relevant data on a weekly basis to analyze the performance of instructors, trainers, programs and classes.
• Prepare detailed reports on membership numbers, financials and perform other administrative tasks for the managing team.
• Create daily reports, highlighting member trends and patterns.
• Ensure that communication within the sales team is up to date.
• Serve as an example in demonstrating sales skills (e.g. communication, persuasion, presentation).
• Provide additional support to marketing (e.g. sales collateral production) and advertising teams (e.g. video production).

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $53,984.00-$60,308.00 per year
