ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- IT technical support officers are mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.:
- Responsible in monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of the Company.
In charge of installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshoot systems and network problems, diagnosing hardware and software faults.:
Making recommendations for improving the company’s computer systems.
- Help the employees with some of their basic computer needs.
- Set up new users' accounts/profiles and managing back-up, security and passwords.
- Replace parts as required.
- Reports any required updates for the software.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Work continuously on a task until completion.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
SKILLS
- Good knowledge of IT operating systems:
Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software:

Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
