Requirements:

  • Industry experience in web and mobile app design (SaaS, B2B, B2C).
  • Portfolio showcasing related works with prototype examples and documented UX research.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of HIG and Material Design guidelines.
  • Knowledge of usability principles and practices, graphic styles, and composition rules.
  • Proficiency in using prototyping software...

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class products and ensure a smooth design process from conception to launch.
  • Design user flows and wireframes in collaboration with Product and Technology, and ensure proposed design solutions fit with product vision and current scope.
  • Identify design challenges and devise elegant solutions.
  • Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating your designs in response to feedback.
  • Design and deliver mockups by using and contributing to our Design System, in collaboration with fellow Designers.
  • Communicate the product’s vision and articulate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders, both verbally and visually.
  • Prototype design solutions and gather feedback to inform design iterations.
  • Document interaction design in collaboration with Technology and fellow Designers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ability to operate independently, taking ownership of a design project from start to launch while involving Product, Technology, and fellow Designers when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with fellow Designers to create, share, and improve on patterns we use throughout the platform & integrations.

Technology experience

  • Experience designing and prototyping in Figma.
  • Experience reading design requirements and documenting designs for Technology in Jira.
