- Able to dispatch stock or delivery trucks
- Deal with drivers
- Updating and maintaining of POD reports
- Writing and printing of manifest, delivery notes and trip sheets
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety
- Ensure that freight is planned to the correct location
- Manage collections
- Responsible for Linehaul planning
- Manage the warehousing for specific clients
- Update the use of reports
- Complete the delivery days report
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- Supervisory or Management qualification
- 3-5years of Supervisory in Dispatch Department
- 3 years of Administration experience (including staff management)
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
- Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft Word (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Driver’s license and own Reliable car
- Knowledge of Labour Relations
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Willing to work long hours and Some Weekends
- Decision Maker
