My client s a dynamic and growing luxury brand of restaurants and hotels within Cape Town.

- Must have kitchen management experience and have a minimum of two years’ experience in the roll of senior restaurant manger Must be able to ensure luxury experience for all guest by being interactive._
- Min 2 years Front of house Management experience essential within a luxury restaurant_
- Manage stock, staff and rosters_
- FoH management_
- Well presented and well spoken in English_
- Report to the General manager of restaurant_
- Own car_
- Must reside in Cape Town or surrounding areas_
- Willing to work 6 days per week, shifts, weekend and public holidays_
Salary: R18,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month
Education:
- Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Front of House Restaurant management: 2 years (required)
