The
Business Analyst will work within the pricing operations team and will analyze data to develop strategies to align with Ingram Micro sales and profitability targets and market share goals. The
Business Analyst will collaborate with sales, vendor management, marketing, and finance to identify opportunities where pricing actions could be taken to further grow and develop Ingram Micro's business.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting of sales data. This includes establishing and maintaining online dashboard reports as well as distributed reports via spreadsheets or other reporting tools.

The Business Analyst must be able to work with large amounts of data and be able to identify trends, root cause, and construct strategies from all analyses. Effective report creation to communicate findings is essential in this role.

The Business Analyst has a drive for continuous improvement and is able to develop methods for automation and process optimization to create streamlined workflows.

The Business Analyst should be:

Skills Required:
Experience with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, or similar Business Intelligence tools preferred

Excellent communication skills: written and verbal required

Basic understanding of Ingram Micro programs, products and services or experience in IT Distribution is desirable

Experience in pricing practices or sales data analysis

Strong organizational skills and problem solving ability also required. Previous ERP system experience desired. Ability to work as a team member, partner effectively with others, multi-task, respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work with some supervision

Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy
