Implement the annual product and merchandising strategy for all levels of the distribution Region/ market/ store/ line/category
- Partner and develop a constant dialogue above all with Retail Managers but also with Finance to agree elaborated brand buying strategies and seasonal buying plans (OTB elaboration), providing continues update according the store performances
- Develop a clear understanding of competitor strategies, positioning charts, pricing analysis and produce regular executive briefings supporting the regional strategy
- Use key market trends, performance results and customer insights to create strategies, to support seasonal actions and product placement
- Manage appropriately the in-season allocation activity according to the store and market needs or requests
- Indicate, based on the buying strategy, delivery and replenishment plan ,partnering with Retail Merchandising Customer Service, Retail and Logistics for the implementation according to plan and needs
- Support GM and provide input and collaborate with Finance and Retail in the definition and implementation of the Markdown strategy, Sale activity, as well as the product lifecycle flow within DOS and Outlet
