We are looking for a TPM to help us scale our product delivery and predictability by owning standardized processes and tools, managing cross team dependencies, and ensuring accurate reporting of status and resource utilization. You will have executive support and be empowered to drive changes throughout the Product, Engineering, and Design functions. We see this role as critical to our success as we continue growing the team size and complexity.

What you'll be doing:
You'll consult and meet with stakeholders regularly to learn about their needs and update them on the progress of their various tasks and projects*. *You'll provide product process leadership and work collaboratively with the technical delivery team. The bulk of your day will be spent on the following:

  • Partnering with functional and team leads to create a unified process for project execution
  • Implementing standard tools, status reports, and process for project estimation, progress tracking, planning and retros, and ensuring constant process improvement
  • Leading quarterly planning, monthly status meetings, and resource reallocation as needed based on business needs
  • Assist leads and managers in their project planning and execution to help ensure we have predictable release schedules
  • Run quarterly retros on our process and help implement corresponding improvements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years related technology experience with 3+ years technology project/program management experience.
  • Experience engaging in product discovery, planning, and driving technical product value
  • Experience creating, communicating, and managing detailed project plans that span across multiple partners
  • Demonstrated ability to lead work estimation processes with partners while managing dependencies, resource capacity, and schedule
  • Proven capability to effectively run meetings and drive agendas
  • Outstanding organization, written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience and/or certification as an Agile product owner and scrum master
