Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and technically proficient CAD drawings, including rcp’s, for complete interior design packages
- Develop interior elevations based on approved renders and floorplans that precisely communicate the specification and location of interior design elements including finishes, plumbing, electrical, lighting and hardware
- Coordinate with the Creative Director, Project Coordinator, Architectural Designers and Product Specialists to produce accurate drawings for execution and construction
- Source and develop lighting and finishes packages which articulate the desired intent
- Follow guidelines and processes outlined in the SMPL project roadmap
Qualifications
- A passion for modern design!
- Completion of post-secondary degree/diploma in an Architectural Technology program, Interior Design or other related field
- 2-3 years of Drafting experience (AutoCAD)
- Familiarity with the 2012 Ontario Building Code (Part 9)
- Understanding of building construction including methods, materials and systems
- Outstanding work ethic and the ability to work both individually and in a team setting
- Capability to manage multiple projects with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Ability to effectively provide and receive feedback in a positive manner

Salary: From $23.00 per hour

Experience:
