A staple of downtown Toronto dining since 1998, our four locations are situated in the city’s busiest neighbourhoods, workplace hubs, and tourist destinations. We are looking for someone with an affable and efficient approach to hospitality, an appreciation and aptitude for learning, and the ability to build and foster relationships with our staff and guests alike.
We are currently looking for experienced Server Support Staff.

The role includes bar-backing, food expediting, food-running, bussing and is the perfect position for individuals who are interested in hospitality as a career long-term. Restaurant experience is valued for this position but we are willing to train the right people if they are willing to learn our core values and work hard.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform delegated tasks from Operations Manager, and/or General Manager
- Create positive guest experiences
- Knowledge of all food and beverage items
- Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
- Be able to carry 3 plates of food
- Be able to use a tray to remove glassware from tables
- Other duties as assigned or required
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar is an asset
- SmartServe Certified
- Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take direction and prioritize
- Strong oral communication skills
- High level of product knowledge
- Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
