_Your days will be filled with: _

  • Primarily accountable with client interactions and service delivery for accounts assigned
  • Keen attention to details and ability to quickly respond and identify root cause of an issue
  • Ability to extract operational issues and provide clear guidelines to address client concerns

_Who we are looking for: _

  • 2-4 Years experience as part of Operations and Client Services combined, if possible with project management/implementation background
  • B2B Development and working on Growth & Revenue Goals experience is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of managing foreign business relationships at various organizational levels
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and familiarity in Google Tools (ie. Calendar, GDrive)
  • Able to work transparently, independently, take initiative and be very organized
  • Strong verbal and highly proficient writing skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php48,000.00 per month
