Diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
- Set
- up user accounts, permissions and passwords; set up new accounts for new users
- Coordinate with TELCO company any issues encountered in all branches.
- Will act as the point of contact of all TELCO providers with regards to all TELCO related issues.
- Will act as the point of contact to all vendors of company equipment with regards to replacement, purchasing and maintenance of company equipment.
- Install and replace defective hardware and software packages.
- Will help in the maintenance of the ERP system of the company.
- Backup data monitoring.
- Update and keep inventory of all company equipment.
- Provide assistance in network configuration.
- Manage PABX (Panasonic) System
- Manage and maintain the CCTV of the company in all branches
- Manage and maintain the company’s server
- Firewall Maintenance
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Firewall Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
- PABX: 2 years (preferred)
- VOIP: 1 year (preferred)
- CCTV Monitoring: 1 year (preferred)
- ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
