QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience working in a manpower agency is a plus but not required.
- Experience in executive search has an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
The Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Work with hiring managers on recruiting, planning meetings.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
- Create contacts within the industry.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
