Your mission during this flight:
As an intern at the CEO Office, you are highly engaged in bringing the team and the whole company forward. You take on responsibility for parts of the team’s projects and you directly assist the CEO in preparation for his presentations. As a member of this team, you may take on operative tasks as well as strategic tasks, in which you can express your strengths, like creativity, coordinative talent, and communication skills, and thus make it your own. Furthermore, it is the purpose of your role to experience your internship as a learning journey, in which you should be able to dive into different topics and responsibilities. Your opinion is very valuable to us and, you are always invited to express it.
- Assist in the creation of presentations.
- Coordination and preparation of decision papers for the C-level.
- Analysis of market and trend developments in the world-wide eVTOL market.
- Build-up of a Central Project Management Office.
- Assist in facilitating the agile transformation of Volocopter.
Qualifications:
Check in your professional skills:
- You are studying Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Management or a similar program, ideally in your last Bachelor semester or your Masters.
- You have very good MS-Office and English skills.
- You enjoy challenges - You are a highly communicative team player, who excels in a self-responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.
- You have solid organizational and executive skills, as well as a strong orientation towards the customer.
Preferred skills:
- You are absolutely realiable and able to deal with sensitive data.
- You are proactive.
