1) Responsibilities for Data Entry
2) Collect and determine completed of all information before entering data into software programs
3) Review all data for errors and report and unusually findings to management
4) Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry
5) Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law
6) Generate monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved upon
7) File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents
8) Completing any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
